Recipe - Chocolate Walnut Bars

1 One half cup Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoon Butter or margarine
Softened
One fourth cup Cold water
2 tablespoon Butter melted
1 One half cup Brown sugar packed
2 Eggs slightly beaten
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Walnuts chopped
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first three crust ingredients in
Batter Bowl. Blend in butter with Pastry Blender. Add water and mix with
fork until a dough consistency isreached. (Dough will be slightly
crumbly). Place dough in 9"x13" Baker a nd flatten. Roll crust out using
the Dough and Pizza Roller. If crust is sticky, sprinkle a small amount of
flour on crust to ease rolling process.
Set Baker aside. Melt butter in Batter Bowl until it liquifies; do not
boil. Add remaining ingredien teaspoon and combinewith 10" Whisk. Pour mixture
over crust. Bake for 2530 minutes. Cool slightly. Place powdered sugar in
Flour/Sugar Shaker and sprinkle over top. Cut and serve. Posted to EATL
