Recipe - Chocolate Waffles With Cinnamon-Marshmallow

***WAFFLES***
One half cup Butter or margarine
Softened
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 One half cup Cake flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 ounce Semisweet chocolate
Melted
***TOPPING***
1 Jar marshmallow cream
2 tablespoon Corn syrup
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
Shaved semisweet baking
Chocolate
For waffles, preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar
until fluffy. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla; beat until smooth. In a small
bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients and
melted chocolate to creamed mixture and blend; do not overmix. For each
waffle, pour about One half cup batter into waffle iron. Bake 5 to 7
minutes or according to manufacturer's instructions. For topping, heat
marshmallow cream and corn syrup over mediumlow heat in a medium saucepan
until marshmallow cream melts. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Serve waffles
hot with warm topping. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Yield: about six 7
