Recipe - Chocolate Sour Cherry Cake

Ingredients:
Chocolate Sour Cherry Cake recipe makes 4 Servings
12 tablespoon Unsalted butter
6 ounce Semisweet chocolate
1 cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Sifted flour with 1 t. salt
6 Eggs, separated
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cn Sour cherries, drained

Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate and butter together, let cool slightly.
Beat egg yolks and sugar until lemon colored. Add chocolate and egg whites.
Pour into a buttered 101/2" spring form pan. Sprinkle drained cherries
evenly on top. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Run knife around
edge to loosen. Let cool completely and remove from pan.
