Recipe - Chocolate Snowflake Cookies

1 One fourth cup Sugar
One half cup Vegetable Oil
4 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
Melted
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
2 One half cup Flour sifted
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Powdered Sugar sifted

Combine sugar, oil, and chocolate in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and
mix well. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and then
add to chocolate mixture in thirds, mixing well after each addition. Cover
and chill dough 2 hours or longer, then make 1inch balls and roll them in
powdered sugar. Bake for 1012 minutes on greased cookies sheets at 350.
