Recipe - Chocolate Saurkraut Cake

2/3 cup Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
3 Eggs
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Water
One half cup Unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup Sauerkraut, welldrained and
One fourth cup Flour, sifted
Cream together butter & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla. Sift together dry
ingredients and add alternately with water. Stir in saurkraut.
Bake at 350 for 3035 mins til done, in greased & floured pans. Fill &
frost with whipped cream.
