Recipe - Chocolate Rum Truffles

1 pack (15 3/8 oz) chocolatefudge
frosting mix
6 tablespoon Soft butter or margarine;
divided
3 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon Rum flavoring
1 pack (9 One half oz) vanilla or
chocolate whipped frosting
mix
One fourth cup Water
2 cup Sifted powdered sugar
1 cup Walnuts; finely chopped
Prepare chocolate frosting mix as package label directs for candy, using 3
tablespoons butter and milk. Stir in rum flavoring and set aside. Prepare
whipped frosting mix with remaining butter and water, beating with electric
mixer until very thick and light. At Low speed, gradually add
confectioner's sugar, then the chocolate mixture. Stir One half cup walnuts into
candy mixture. Turn into 8x8" pan, then spread level. Sprinkle with
remaining walnuts, patting down lightly. cover with plastic film, chill
until set. Cut into squares when firm. Makes about 64 pieces. MC formatting
