Recipe - Chocolate Pudding And Pie Filling Mix

1 One half cup Plus 2 T unsweetened
cocoapowder; sifted
3 One fourth cup Granulated sugar
1 1/3 cup Cornstarch
One half teaspoon Salt

CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING
1 cup Above mix
2 Three fourths cup Milk
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla extract

In a lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until all
ingredients evenly distributed. Pour into a 6cup container with a tight
fitting lid. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 34 months.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING: In a saucepan combine pudding mix and milk. Cook
and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in butter and
vanilla. Pour into 6 serving bowls. Makes 6 servings
