Recipe - Chocolate Pot De Creme

1 pack (6oz) semisweet chocolate
bits
1 Egg
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Brandy or bourbon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Three fourths cup Scalded milk
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend for 2 minutes at high speed. Pour
into cups. Refrigerate for 12 hours or more. Serves 6. Do not make more
than one recipe at a time.
