Recipe - Chocolate Plunge

2/3 cup Karo; light or dark corn
syrup
One half cup Heavy cream; or whipping
cream
8 ounce Semisweet chocolate
Assorted fresh fruit
In medium saucepan stir corn syrup and cream.
Bring to boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
Serve warm as a dip for fruit.
Makes 1 One half cups.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In medium microwave bowl, stir corn syrup and cream.
Microwave at High (100%) 1 One half minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate;
stir until completely melted.
