Recipe - Chocolate Pistachio Cannolis

One half pack (11.5oz) Nestle Toll House
milk chocolate morsels
1 ct (15oz) Ricotta cheese
2 pack (3oz) cream cheese;
softened
2 tablespoon Sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoon Chopped citron
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
12 Prepared 5inch cannoli
shells
1/3 cup Finely chopped pistachio
nuts
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate
morsels; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. In
large bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese,
confectioners' sugar, citron and vanilla extract; beat well. Blend in
melted morsels. Spoon into cannoli shells. Dip ends in nuts. Chill until
ready to serve. Makes 12 cannolis.
