Recipe - Chocolate Orange Cream

One half cup Cold milk
One half cup Cold orange juice
1 (up to)
2 tablespoon Orange liqueur or orange
juice
1 pack (4serving size) JellO
instant pudding and pie
filling; chocolate flavor
1 Three fourths cup (4oz) Cool Whip whipped
topping; thawed
5 Chocolate dessert cups
(optional)
Chocolatedrizzled fruit
(optional)
POUR milk, orange juice and liqueur into small bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat
with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or
until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon or pipe pudding
mixture into chocolate cups or individual dessert glasses. Chill until set,
about 1 hour. Garnish with ChocolateDrizzled Fruit, if desired.
ChocolateDrizzled Fruit: Place 1 square Baker's semisweet chocolate in a
small plastic sandwich bag or selfclosing bag. Microwave on HIGH about 1
minute or until chocolate is melted. Fold top of bag tightly and snip off
one corner (about 1/8inch). Hold bag tightly at top and drizzle chocolate
through opening over fruit, cookies, cake or pudding.
