Ingredients:
Chocolate Nut Torte recipe makes 30 Servings
6 Eggs separated
1 One half cup Sugar
1 cup Nuts chopped
4 ounce Bittersweet chocolate
Grated
2 Apples peeled & grated
One half cup Matzo meal
Beat yolds and sugar till light. Add nuts, chocolate, apples and matza
meal.
Beat whites till stiff and fold in. Pour into 9" spri ng form pan. Bake
about 40 min. at 350F.
