Recipe - Chocolate Mousse 20

200 g Dark chocolate
4 tablespoon Red wine
1 tablespoon Brandy
2/3 cup Sugar
6 Whole eggs; separate out
yolks
100 g Walnuts; coarsely chopped
100 g Butter
1. Dissolve chocolate in double pot with the wine, brandy and half of
the sugar. 2. Remove from heat and add butter and yolks 3. beats egg
whites with the rest of the sugar and fold into chocolate mixture. 4.
Add walnuts 5. put half of the mixture in a pan and bake in medium
heat for 25 minuted 6. cover baked mousse with the second half. 7.
Keep in freezer until serving.
