Recipe - Chocolate Mini Cakes

1 One half cup Unbleached flour
1 cup Granulated sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Applesauce at room
Temperature
Three fourths cup Skim milk at room
Temperature
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 teaspoon Egg whites whipped

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare 8 small loaf pans with cooking spray and
flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In
another mixing bowl, combine milk, vanilla, egg whites, and chocolate. Pour
into pans, filling each One half full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 10
minutes; remove from pans.
