Recipe - Chocolate Malt Cake

Three fourths cup Butter; room temperature
1 Three fourths cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cup Flour
One half cup Powdered cocoa
One fourth cup Malted milk powder
1 One fourth teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
FROSTING
One half pt Whipping cream
6 tablespoon Powdered sugar
6 tablespoon Malted milk powder

Place butter and sugar in bowl. Using electric mixer, mix butter and sugar
together until mixture is light and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat l
minute at medium speed. Combine flour, cocoa, malted milk powder, baking
soda and salt; add alternately with water to butteregg mixture. Pour
batter into two buttered and floured 8 in. cake pans. Bake 350 35 min. or
until test done. Cook and frost.
Frosting: Whip the cream, then add remaining ingredients slowly.

Carbohydrate; 89mg Cholesterol; 382mg Sodium
