Recipe - Chocolate Honey Souffle

4 Eggs
One half cup Honey; plus extra for
garnish
One half cup Chocolate syrup; plus extra
for garnish
2 One half cup Milk
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 cup Allpurpose flour
4 tablespoon Butter

Preheat oven to 425. Place a 10 One half x 3" round baking dish in the oven for
10 minutes to warm.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, honey, chocolate syrup, milk, and salt.
Beat well with an electric mixer. Add the flour and beat until smooth.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and add the butter. When the butter
has melted, pour in the chocolatehoney batter. Bake for 25 minutes or
until golden brown. Drizzle with additional chocolate syrup and honey. The
souffle' deflates rapidly so serve immediately.
