Recipe - Chocolate Fondue - Bittersweet

One half cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoon Orange liqueur
Bittersweet Swiss chocolate
3 ounce Each
Melt chocolate in cream in the fondue pot on high heat, stirring
occasionally to mix. When well mixed, add liqueur and stir well. Reduce
heat to low for serving.
Makes 46 servings.
