Recipe - Chocolate Ecstasy Waffles

2 Eggs, lightly beaten
6 tablespoon Sugar
Three fourths cup Milk
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Chocolate syrup
4 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 One half cup Cake flour, sifted
3 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
Combine eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla; stir thoroughly. In a separate bowl,
blend chocolate syrup with butter. Let butter mixture cool; stir into egg
mixture. Combine all dry ingredients. Add egg and chocolate batter to dry
ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake as directed If waffles stick to
iron, spray lightly with cooking spray.
VARIATIONS: CHOCOLATE LOVERS: Add One half cup mini chocolate chips to batter.
CINNAMON & CHOCOLATE: Add 1 tsp cinnamon to dry ingredients
NOTES : Serving Suggestions: Top with Vanilla ice cream and chocolate
sauce. For something special, layer waffles with slices of ice cream and
top with fruit or sundae sauce, whipped cream and nuts. Serve at once, or
freeze for later use.
