Recipe - Chocolate Cupcakes With Cream Cheese And Chocolate Chip Fill

CHOCOLATE MIXTURE
3 cup Flour
2 cup Sugar
One half cup Cocoa
2/3 cup Oil ( I have substituted
1/3c. oil and 1/3c.
applesauce)
2 teaspoon Soda
2 cup Water
2 teaspoon White vinegar
2 teaspoon Vanilla

FILLING
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese
1 Egg
1/3 cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
1 pack (6 oz) semisweet choc.
chips

Mix chocolate mixture ingredients well. Beat filling ingredients. Fill
paper cups One half full with chocolate mixture. Drop heaping teaspoon full of
filling in the middle of each.

Bake 350 for 25 minutes. 36 cupcakes 102 calories each Posted to EATL
