Recipe - Chocolate Coconut Bread

1 cup Heavy cream
1 One half Eggs
3 tablespoon Fruit juice concentrate
3 tablespoon Honey
1 One half tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Coconut flakes
3 tablespoon Vital gluten; optional
Three fourths cup Wheat flakes
3 cup Whole wheat flour
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
One half cup Chocolate chips
1/3 cup Chopped nuts
