Recipe - Chocolate Chip Mashed Potato Candy

Ingredients:

1 pound Powdered sugar
8 ounce Coconut
2/3 cup Potatomashed
1 cup Chocolate chips
1 teaspoon White corn syrup

From Dorothy Tapping:

Combine powdered sugar, coconut and mashed potatoes; mix until smooth.
Spread in a greased 8 or 9inch square pa. Melt chocolate chips and add
corn syrup. Spread over potato mixture. Chill 2 hours. Cut into squares.
