Recipe - Chocolate Chip Cookies Gf

1 cup Whole bean flour
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Soft margarine
One half cup Sugar
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate chips

In bowl, cream margarine and both sugars together. Beat in egg and vanilla
until fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to margarine mixture
and stir until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping
teaspoonful about 2" apart on a non stick cookie sheet.Bake at 350 degrees
for 1012 mins. or until golden.
