Recipe - Chocolate Chip Bread 2

1 Egg plus enough water to
equal Three fourths cup plus 2 TBL
(That's what the book
says!!!)
2 One fourth cup Bread Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Dry milk (which I leave out
to keep that machine
pareve)
1 tablespoon Butter (or pareve margarine)
Three fourths cup Chocolate chips
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
(from the Sanyo Bread Factory Book)
I use the 'raisin bread' setting, and add the chips at the beep. If your
machine mixes well, you may have chocolate bread instead of chocolate chip.
I had a problem that my bread didn't rise when I switched brands of
chocolate chips. I don't know why, but the paskez brand worked fine while
the store brand didn't. Maybe coincidence...
