Recipe - Chocolate Celebration Cake

2 1/3 cup Sifted flour
1 pack (4oz) instant chocolate
pudding
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
1 One half cup Brown sugar; firmly packed
2/3 cup Butter
1 cup Buttermilk or sour milk
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pack (6oz) chocolate morsels
One fourth cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Sift flour with instant pudding, salt and soda. Add brown sugar, butter and
buttermilk. Beat 1One half minutes with mixer on low speed. Add eggs and
vanilla. Beat 1One half minutes. Turn into three greased and floured 8inch
round pans. Use about 1One half cups batter per pan. Sprinkle chocolate morsels
over layers. Bake at 350 for 3035 minutes. Cool. Frost and decorate with
walnuts.
