Recipe - Chocolate Caramel Fudge

3 cup (18 oz.) semisweet chocolate
pieces
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk;
(not evaporated)
1 ds Salt
1 cup Chopped walnuts
One half cup Caramel ice cream topping
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with milk and salt. Remove
from heat and stir in walnuts, topping and vanilla. Spread evenly into
foillined 8 or 9' square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto
cutting board; peel off foil and cut fudge into pieces. Makes about 2 lbs.
