Ingredients:
Chocolate Breakfast Taco recipe makes 12 Servings
MIX TOGETHER
2/3 cup Allpurpose flour
1/3 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa.
ADD
1 Egg
1 Egg white
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Skim milk

Stir until batter is smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate 2 hour until
batter settles. Pour One fourth c. batter into prepared crepe pan and cook over
medium heat. Cool crepes on rack and fill with fruit in season.
