Recipe - Chocolate Bourbon Balls

One half cup Margaine or butter
4 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup Finely chopped nuts
One fourth cup Bourbon
1 pack (6 ounces) milk chocolate
chips
3 tablespoon Halfandhalf.
1. Place margarine in medium bowl. Microwave at HIGH
(100%) until melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Mix in sugar,
nuts and bourbon. Refrigerate until firm.
2. Shape into 1inch balls. Refrigerate until firm.
Combine chocolate chips and halfandhalf in a small
bowl. Microwave at MEDIUMHIGH (70%) until chocolate
chips are melted, 1 to 2One half minutes, stirring once or
twice. Stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over
candies. (Reheat chocolate as needed.) Chill.
