Recipe - Chocolate Almond Zucchini Bread

3 Eggs,Large
2 cup Sugar
1 cup Salad Oil
2 ounce Chocolate,unsweetened
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 cup Zucchini,Grated
3 cup Flour,AllPurpose
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon,Ground
One fourth teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Almonds,Chopped
1Beat eggs until lemoncolored. Beat in sugar and oil. Melt chocolate over
hot water and stir into egg mixture along with vanilla and zucchini. 2Sift
flour with salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. stir into
zucchini mixture; add almonds. Mix well. 3Bake in two welloiled 9x5inch
loaf pans in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour and twenty minutes or
until done. Cool in pans 20 minutes and then turn out onto rack. Cool
