Recipe - Chocolate Almond Coffee Mix

1 cup Coffee creamer, powdered
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Instant coffee
One half cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Almond extract
In a blender or food processor, finely grind all ingredients until well
blend. Store in an airtight container.
Serving Instructions: Stir about 2 tsp. coffee mix into 6 ounces of hot
water
