Recipe - Chocolate-Zucchini Cake

One half cup Soft margarine
One half cup Vegetable oil
1 Three fourths cup Sugar
2 Whole eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Sour milk
2 One half cup Unsifted flour
4 tablespoon Cocoa
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Cloves
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cup Finely minced (not shredded)
zucchini
One fourth cup Or more chocolate chips

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat
well with mixer. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed
mixture. Beat well with mixer. Stir in minced zucchini. Spoon batter into
greased and floured 9" x 12" x 2" pan and sprinkle top with chocolate
chips. Bake in 325x F oven for 4045 minutes or until inserted toothpick
comes out clean and dry.
