Three fourths cup Nondairy creamer
One half cup Dutch process cocoa
Three fourths cup Powdered sugar
One half teaspoon Peppermint extract

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tightfitting lid. Shake to blend
thoroughly. Makes 15 (2 T) servings. Place in hot coffee.
