Recipe - Chocolate-Covered Beetles

6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips;
165 g
6 ounce Butterscotch Chips Bakers;
165 g
2 cup Chow mein noodles; 500 ml
One half cup Peanuts; 125 ml
2 cup Miniature marshmallows; 500
ml
Miniature chocolate candies;
M&M's
Cook chips in a meduium microwave safe bowl on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or
until smooth when stirred, stirring every minute. Add noodles and peanuts;
mix lightly. Add marshmellows, stirring until completely cooked. Drop by
teaspoonsfuls onto waxed paperlined tray. Add additional chow mein noodles
to create legs (three on each side). Use miniature chocolate candies to
create eyes. Refrigerate.
