Recipe - Chive Toasts

3 ounce French goat cheese
4 tablespoon Butter
One fourth cup Minced chives
1 tablespoon Dried rosemary
1 Wholewheat baguette cut
In 24 slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together cheese and
butter. Add chives and rosemary. Mix well. Spread 1 teaspoon on each
baguette slice. Bake toasts until cheese is melted (10 minutes). Serve
warm.
Makes 24 to 28 toasts.
