Recipe - Chive Potato Bread

1 One fourth Lb Loaf:
1 Egg
One half cup Water; plus
3 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Powdered milk
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
1/3 cup Potato flakes; or buds
1 tablespoon Chives, freezedried
1 1/3 cup Bread flour
Three fourths cup Semolina flour
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast; (rapid
rise)
Load bread machine with ingredients in the appropriate order, according to
your machine's instructions. Set machine on lightest crust setting. Makes
1One fourth pound loaf. This recipe works perfectly in a Panasonic 1pound
machine. Water may have to be increased or reduced for other machines.
