Recipe - Chips And Dip

Categories: Appetizers, Posted, Chips And Dip
Ingredients:

16 ounce Corn chips
10 ounce Mini pretzel twists
9 ounce Ridged potato chips
5 ounce Cheese balls
One half cup Butter; melted
1 ounce Ranch salad dressing mix;
(DRY)

Preheat the oven to 300F. In a large bowl, combine the corn chips,
pretzels, potato chips, and cheese balls; mix well. In a small saucepan,
melt the butter over medium heat. Add the dressing mix; mix well. Pour over
the snack mixture; toss to coat evenly. Place on rimmed baking sheets and
bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool then store in
an airtight container until ready to serve.

NOTE: If you want this to have a real "kick," make a spicy seasoning mix by
adding 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon ground thyme, and 11/2
teaspoons cayenne pepper to the melted butter.
