Recipe - Chipper Chicken

Ingredients:
Chipper Chicken recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Chicken; cut in pieces
One fourth cup Butter or margarine; melted
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 pack Potato chips; finely crushed
Wash and dry chicken pieces. Dip in mixture of butter and seasonings. Roll
in the crushed potato chips. Place pieces, skin side up, without touching,
in an oiled shallow pan. Bake in 375 degree oven 1 hour or until tender (do
not turn).
