Recipe - Chipped Beef And Cream Cheese

1 pack (6oz) cream cheese
One half md Onion; grated
1 (up to)
2 Lemons; juice of
1 ds Tabasco
1 pack (2.5oz) smoked dried beef
Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef
on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef.
Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when
serving.
