Recipe - Chipotle Remoulade

One half cup Scallion; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Parsley; chopped
2 tablespoon Ketchup
1 1 lemon juice; fresh
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon White vinegar
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Garlic; minced
1 Chipotle pepper; canned
1 tablespoon Adobo sauce from canned
chipotle
1 teaspoon Salt
Combine all except mayo in food processor and blend until smooth then add
One half cup mayonnaise and process until blended
NOTES : This makes 1 One fourth cups
