Recipe - Chipotle Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
Chipotle Mayonnaise recipe makes 15 Servings
One half cup Mayonnaise
One half cup Dairy Sour Cream
1/8 teaspoon Oregano Leaves; Dried,(Opt.)
2 Chipotle Chiles; *
* Chipotle Chiles shoud be the ones that are canned in adobo sauce and
should be finely chopped.

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
Makes about 1 cup Mayonnaise
