Recipe - Chinese Noodle Salad

1 lg Head chinese cabbage; (bok
choy)
5 Green onions with tops
2 pack Ramen noodles; (discard
flavor packets)
One half cup Sesame seeds
One half cup Real butter
1 pack (small) slivered almonds
SAUCE MIXTURE
1 cup Oil
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Vinegar
Chop onions and cabbage. Chill. Lightly brown noodles, (broken up) in
butter with sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Drain on paper towel. Before
serving combine all salad ingredients together. Mix sauce ingredients well
and combine with salad, tossing lightly. Makes 10 servings.
