Recipe - Chinese Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
Chinese Mustard Sauce recipe makes 12 Servings
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Grated ginger root or
1 teaspoon Dry ginger powder
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
Bring to a boil vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch and
dry mustard in One half cup cold water. Stir in and cook until it thickens.
Grate in ginger root (or dry ginger).
Serve hot or cold.
