Recipe - Chinese Mayonnaise

2 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Peanut oil
One half cup Sesame paste
Salt and pepper
1. Combine vinegar, cold water and oil, blending well.
2. Gradually stir in sesame paste (see recipe) to blend. Then season with
salt and pepper to taste.
VARIATION: In step 1, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce or a pinch of powdered
mustard.
