seeded and cut into
3/4"x1/4" strips

2 cup Chicken broth, canned OR
homemade
2 cup Vegetable stock OR water

2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
One half teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
One half pound Snow peas, fresh or frozen
1 pound Firm tofu, drained and cut
into 1/2" cubes
1 cn (8 oz.) cut or sliced up water
chestnuts, drained
