Ingredients:
Chinese Cooking Sauce recipe makes 4 Servings
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
3 tablespoon Chicken broth
2 teaspoon Cornstarch
Combine all ingredients and mix well. When your stirfry is just about
done, move the stirfry to the outside of the wok. Add the cooking sauce to
the center and mix with juices. When mixed toss with stirfry to coat.
