Recipe - Chinese Cole Slaw Salad

1 md Cabbage; shredded
2 md Carrot; shredded
2 pack Top ramen; oriental or
chicken, crumbled
4 tablespoon Almonds; cut or sliced up
One half cup Cilantro; chopped
4 tablespoon Sesame seeds; toasted
DRESSING
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup Salad oil
One fourth cup Vinegar
One fourth cup Sesame oil
One half teaspoon Chili oil
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
Prepare salad dressing (one of the seasoning packets from the top ramen can
be added for a variation). Chill Mix salad ingredients and toss with the
dressing just before serving so noodles don't soften.
