Recipe - Chinese Chicken Livers

1 pound Chicken livers
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon White wine
1 Or 2 cloves minced garlic
Wash chicken livers and pat dry. Combine other ingredients, adding oil
last. Marinate livers in the honey mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to
20 minutes. I usally turn the livers about half way. From: Earl Shelsby
