Recipe - Chinese Black Bean Vinaigrette

1 One fourth teaspoon Garlic; minced
1 One fourth teaspoon Fresh Ginger; minced
2 tablespoon Shallots; minced
One fourth cup Sesame Oil
Three fourths cup Canola Oil
One half cup Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon ThaiStyle Chili Sauce
2 teaspoon Honey
One half cup Ermented Black Beans; rinsed
One fourth cup Cilantro; minced
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until
combined. This may be prepared a day in advance. It is best not to use a
food processor.
Yield: about 2 cups
