Recipe - China Moon Chili-Lemon Oil

16 ounce Chicken breast thinly cut or sliced up
1 small Bunch broccoli
1 cup Chinese napa or grenn
cabbage
1 small Sliced carrot
2 ounce Snowpeas
2 cup Sliced mushrooms
One half cup Bamboo shoots
One half cup Water chestnuts
1 cup Cooked asparagus tips
1 Clove crushed garlic
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 ds Cooking wine
3 tablespoon Oyster sauce
Boil chicken until well done. Boil veggies separately and drain. Fry
garlic in 1 tsp. vegetable oil. Add chicken and 2 cups chicken broth or
water. Add remaining seasonings and corn starch to thicken sauce.
