Recipe - Chiliquiles Suizas

1 One half pound Ground beef or stringy beef
1 pt Sour cream
2 Onions
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 pt Whole, peeled tomatoes
1 pound Jack cheese, cut or sliced up or
shredded
Several slices American or
other mild
Yellow cheeses
Pinch of oregano and cumin
One half teaspoon Ground coriander
Corn tortillas
Wheat tortillas use one
dozen
Salt and pepper
Brown meat in skillet with onions, garlic and spices, then layer in a deep
round dish, alternating with both kinds of tortillas and the other
ingredients, reserving the yellow cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350
F. and top with the yellow cheese for the last 10 minutes.
