1 cup Bulgur
1 cup Onion
1 qt Stewed tomatoes
8 ounce Tomato sauce
1 cup Salsa
1 cn Kidney beans with juice
1 cn Pinto beans with juice
1 cn Red beans with juice
1 cn Great northern beans with
Juice
1 cn Garbanzo beans with
Juice
1 cn Blackeyed peas with
Juice
1 tablespoon Chili powder or more
One fourth cup Cornstarch optional

Combine all ingredients and freeze. When thawed, simmer over low heat for
3540 minutes. Per 1/10 portion: (1 One half cups) 427 calories, 7 fat grams.
